Panzerwerfer 43. Talking arround a heater

In 1944 in the east front, the shortages of the retreat leaded this unit to guard against cold in a derelict factory.
The Panzerwerfer 43 was an opel maultier armoured truck, with a rocket launcher assembly above; an emergency solution that overloaded the maultier chassis. It wasn't designed for direct battle confront, only for shoot saturating areas. The chassis conceded hight mobility that it hadn't if it was a towed gun. In its turn the opel maultier was the semitrack version of the popular opel blitz.

El panzerwerfer 43 era un camion opel maultier blindado con un montaje nebelwerfer de 10 tubos; una solucion de emergencia que sobrecargaba el chasis del maultier. No estaba diseñado para un enfrentamiento directo, sino para disparar salvas de cohete para saturar zonas. el chasis le otorgaba una gran movilidad que no tendria si fuera una pieza remolcada. A su vez el opel maultier era la version semioruga del popular opel blitz.
